Return & Refund Policy

At Woofyvibes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Pet hygiene items once opened
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products that are not in their original condition or are missing parts

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made a shipping error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We'll cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or full refund.
